1. Lesson Booking and Scheduling
• All lessons must be booked in advance through our booking system or directly with your instructor.
• Lesson times are subject to instructor availability and may be rescheduled if necessary.
• We aim to provide timely notifications in the event of unavoidable changes or delays.
2. Payments
• Payment must be made in advance or at the beginning of each lesson, unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal.
• Block bookings must be paid in full to secure the discounted rate.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
• A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without notice, the full lesson fee will apply.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds for unused lessons (including block bookings) must be requested in writing and may be subject to an admin fee.
• No refunds will be issued for lessons already taken.
• Refunds are not provided for cancellations outside the cancellation window.
5. Learner Responsibilities
• You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it at your first lesson.
• You must inform your instructor of any medical conditions, medications, or changes that may affect your ability to drive.
• You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during lessons. If suspected, the lesson will be terminated and the full fee will be charged.
* If any penalty charges, parking fines, or traffic violation tickets are issued during your lesson as a direct result of your driving, you will be responsible for paying those charges in full.
6. Instructor Responsibility
• Our instructors are DVSA-approved and fully insured.
• We will provide a safe, roadworthy vehicle for each lesson.
• Instructors reserve the right to withhold use of the school vehicle for your driving test if the student is deemed not test-ready.
7. Driving Tests
• Test bookings are the learner’s responsibility unless arranged otherwise.
• Use of the school vehicle for tests must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee.
• A minimum of one lesson must be taken in the week leading up to the test to assess readiness.
8. Liability
• Kudos Driving School is not liable for any personal property left in the vehicle.
• We are not responsible for test cancellations made by the DVSA.
9. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected for booking or instruction purposes is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments
• Kudos Driving School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to students.
